Every year we assemble a group of ambitious individuals to journey together and emerge as a part of something greater.
The fellowship is an immersive learning experience for business leaders, innovators, designers and creatives intent on broadening their context and discovering new methods, skills, and techniques to identify and solve the problems worth solving.

The fellowship program
Admission to the Design Pioneer Fellows is acquired by partaking in the 5-module fellowship program. You will be welcomed into an active community of practice and learn by doing through immersive online experiences.
The program is designed to challenge your thinking and equip you with the applied knowledge you need to carry your aspirations forward, incorporating design-thinking methodology and insights from the world’s leading design pioneers. It is a shared space for you to challenge yourself and become a part of a network of continuous growth.
The program begins with a focus inwards on your point of view and personal manifesto before looking outwards at the shifts that create new and emerging opportunities. Through a process of refinement and testing, participants will shape and develop a concept worth defending as part of their graduation and admission as a fellow.
New cohorts will partake in the fellowship program each year and have access to resources, insights and mentors to nurture their emerging ideas, existing projects and personal ambitions. This is an exclusive opportunity for select individuals to develop their endeavours in a way that combines practical learning with meaningful human encounter.

Fellows in the making
The fellowship is designed to support ambitious individuals and everyday leaders from a range of industries, disciplines and backgrounds. This commitment to diversity of perspective and experience is of the utmost importance to the Design Pioneer Fellows.
Participants will be led through the program by a faculty of design pioneers who have each played a role in shaping the design generation and culture that exists today. Sit alongside them as they share their insights and first-hand experience in this unique and intimate setting.
